Processing Times
All Whimsy Virtue pieces are handmade. Processing times may vary depending on whether an item is ready to ship, made to order, or part of a custom order. The estimated processing time will be listed on the product page or communicated directly to the customer.
Processing time refers to the time needed to prepare an order before shipment. It does not include the carrier’s transit time.
U.S. Shipping
U.S. orders are shipped using the delivery service selected at checkout. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Shipping may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of Whimsy Virtue’s control.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Whimsy Virtue is not responsible for delays, returned packages, or failed delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.
Once an order has been shipped, tracking information will be provided when available. If a package appears lost, damaged, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact Whimsy Virtue promptly so the issue can be reviewed and, when appropriate, a claim can be opened with the shipping carrier.
Whimsy Virtue is not responsible for packages that are stolen after confirmed delivery.
If a package is returned to Whimsy Virtue because of an incorrect address, refusal, or failure to collect the package, the customer may be responsible for the cost of reshipping it.
International Shipping
International orders are shipped using the delivery service selected at checkout. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by customs processing, carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of Whimsy Virtue’s control.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Whimsy Virtue is not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal of the parcel, or failure to collect the parcel from the carrier.
International orders may be subject to VAT, customs duties, import taxes, or carrier handling fees. Unless these charges are collected at checkout, they are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.
Please contact Whimsy Virtue promptly if an international package appears lost, arrives damaged, or has not arrived within the expected delivery window so that the shipment can be investigated with the carrier.
If an international package is returned because customs charges were unpaid, the address was incorrect, the package was refused, or the customer failed to collect it, any refund may exclude the original shipping cost and return shipping expenses.
Damaged Orders
Please contact Whimsy Virtue as soon as possible after delivery if an order arrives damaged. Include clear photographs of the item, packaging, and shipping label so the damage can be documented and reviewed.
Please keep all original packaging until the issue has been resolved, as the shipping carrier may require it for a claim.
